For Peter Parker, life is busy. Between taking out the bad guys as Spider-Man and spending time with the person he loves, Gwen Stacy, high school graduation cannot come quickly enough. Peter has not forgotten about the promise he made to Gwen’s father to protect her by staying away, but that is a promise he cannot keep. Things will change for Peter when a new villain, Electro, emerges, an old friend, Harry Osborn, returns, and Peter uncovers new clues about his past.

Okay, so this movie is good and I will defend it with every last bone in my body, but the villains are laughably horrendous and the story is even more messy with the whole Richard Parker crap. And even with the dumbass Jamie Foxx teeth gap fix and the awful, lame Green Goblin, I love Peter and Gwen's relationship story in this. Peter and Gwen are kids in love, but more importantly, stupid kids in love. They don't heed the advice of Captain Stacy at the end of Amazing Spider-Man and try to make their relationship work, to Gwen's ultimate demise. Knowing the ending throughout all of this movie, made every romance scene so much more interesting, because I realized that they're being idiots by still trying to make it work. God Damn what a miserable experience. Not a single great thing is in this movie. It's incredibly dull, bloated, and overdramatic. It goes on forever. The structure is bad. Electro is a joke. Harry is also a joke, and you can never connect to anything he is doing. The fact that he betrays Peter doesn't even hit, because we don't even get to see him develop. You can't tell me that you believe that he and Peter were really close. Gwen and Peter's relationship genuinely gave me a headache, and Gwen is honestly unlikable in this movie. I guess I prefer her to MJ, but she still isn't great. Everyone already talked about this mess before, And I don't want to think about it again, so this was Ass, and Goodbye
