Twisted Psychological drama at its unconventional best. Storytelling is so damn unique that it grabbed me immediately. It’s deliciously confusing in the 1st 20 minutes but it doesn’t get tedious because of how the film is shot and overall aesthetics of it. Meticulously you get the character Shirley and what’s going on in her mind. This is the kind of storytelling that is very exploratory. If you aren’t grabbed into this kind of storytelling, you might lose the plot or can’t connect with the characters. Elisabeth Moss (My favourite actress) is PHENOMENAL. No words for her. This is oscar worthy in all freaking sense. And Odessa Young. OH.MY.GOD. I think best supporting actress so far this year for me.
