Forgettable movie, elevated only by the presence of Hepburn and Tracy.

The chains would be on your mind and on your tongue.” I can’t imagine a more topical film for where America is right now. A story of a man who is revered as a hero and legend only to be revealed to be the greatest proponent of fascism in the history of America.  Except in real life, we don’t even get people we can perceive as heroes. Just thieves of valor and slobbering morons that tell the ignorant what they want to hear.
