Really good scenes, pretty good acting, great gore, phenomenal soundtrack, good anxiety, but just it didn't give me what I wanted. Like they killed off everyone so easily and it just didn't feel like the deaths mattered. It probably helped them live for the last trick. But like... after seeing "Midsommar" (and, yes I hate comparing movies) I thought it was gonna be as gorey, weird, and psychologically spoopy as it, but it gave me nothing. Like it felt too empty somehow. I dunno... weird review. Also, it felt like the freaking Polish Cow meme should have been in this. Don't ask why, even I don't know.

Well,it definitely was a movie... I don't know what to think about it exactly, The setup and starting were very strong, It's intriguing, weird, and it leaves you asking what the hell is going on. The movie succeeds to keep you on edge by conveying the stressing nature of being trapped in a life or death situation; but as the story unfolds and the band starts making bad decisions, the movie shifts into a very typical horror flick the first part of "Green Room" is undeniably compelling, set in a neo-nazi bar, it really creates this sense of dread, reaching its peak when Patrick Stewart's character enters into contact with the band foo an excellent confrontation scene, this scene alone is worth watching the movie for how good it is, but its not enough to make up for the lackluster 2nd part, in fact it actually makes this part even more disappointing considering how strong it started with its unique approach and craft only to devolve into a series of predictable horror tropes, but still with some visual style. so much potential only to fall flat on its face
