I don't fucking understand the hype. The movie was okay. Tho, I found the plot a bit laggy, the core movie was way good. The visuals, the blood, the structure, the sets, the actors and their acting. Especially Leo, 🫡. But, it wasn't worth that much hype fs. Maybe the hype was coz it's a black revolting against for his dream life... but... 🤷🏻‍♂️ I am very non-racist that I can't recognise it at all. Maybe... if the core plot is that. It's just a man chasing his dreams stating from being slave. There wasn't that emotional payoff too. Definitely overrated film.

Verdict: 🥇 MUST SEE  Tarantino probably thinks differently, but I see this as a vision fully realized, which is the greatest achievement of any director. A contemporary concoction of spaghetti western adoration complete with lovable characters, memorable lines, and gorgeous cinematography. Quintessential Quentin.
