Myriam Campos Berrutti

Myriam Campos is a prominent Uruguayan actress and theatre director, historically linked to the Teatro de la Candela in Montevideo. Throughout her stage career, she has performed in various productions such as the play *Sala de espera* (1988), and distinguished herself as a director with the biographical piece *Pasionarias* (2017–2018), centered on the life of Julia Arévalo, the first female senator in Latin America. Her artistic versatility also brought her to the big screen, featuring in the Uruguayan film *Ruido* (2005), directed by Marcelo Bertalmío.
