I really don’t understand why they took ten years to make the sequel. This really is a great movie on pretty much every front. Obviously it could all work better but this is one of the few “recent” Disney movies I’d be likely to just throw on and watch.
They just did it.

Watched it after years, i remember enjoying it when i was 13 and this time it felt like I turned into a kid again and had a great time watching it. But I would say it is crafted like this, anyone can enjoy it irrespective of their age. I found it so funny this time too, lol The subtle details when you notice about every other animal that itself you would find so amusing!! The plot doesn't feel outdated too even in 2026, cause the writing and world building is so perfect. I found the movie very cute and I can't get over the characters, so I indeed can't wait to watch the sequel and a mini series too!!
