Whiplash

The film explores the abrupt transition between tradition and innovation within the context of carnival. In this work, Xavier Villaverde creates a video narrative about the rapid shifts in the Hispanic mindset during the 1980s, intuitively foreshadowing the new virtual theater of appearances.
