i’m honestly blown away!! some of the sharpest writing i’ve ever seen in a horror movie. the non-linear structure could’ve easily been messy, but here it felt so smooth and everything clicked together perfectly. the ending was a bit too abrupt for me though. i kept waiting for more because the whole premise was just that strong. and amy madigan? wow. gladys genuinely creeped me out, which almost never happens for me with horror characters. easily one of the most unsettling performances i’ve seen in a while.
