I watched The Wild Robot with my UX design team, and it was the perfect choice for reflecting on adaptability, empathy, and collaboration. The story of Roz, a robot learning to thrive on a remote island, mirrors the challenges we face in our work—building connections, solving problems creatively, and growing through change. Its heartfelt message about teamwork and resilience left us inspired and ready to tackle new challenges together.

A beautiful story about nature, friendship, and finding where you belong.

After rewatching this, I was so happy and also surprised to hear my 7 years old nephew say - “Film was sad, happy and funny everything” 😘❤️ It touched his heart and he exactly understood the meaning of the film. Unbelievable a film can actually affect a 7 years old to this extent in a beautiful way. Film just attained some other special status in my opinion after this.

Beep bop boop boop

I’ve heard people say this movie is better than the last wish, and while I don’t think it comes close it was very beautiful visually. However the plot comes across somewhat half assed when the most important part of the movie feels like it’s been cut down to stuff in an action finale and sequel bait.  Overall I enjoyed it and I’ll probably watch it again, but I can think of a lot of similar movies that does this same thing better.

Zdecydowanie jedna z najbardziej wzruszających rzeczy, jakie wyszły w 2024. Jest tu kilka wątków, które można było poprowadzić lepiej, ale z drugiej strony łatwo było zepsuć sporo rzeczy, które tu działają. Bezbłędnie równoważy sceny humorystyczne z tymi poważniejszymi. Na minus średniawy soundtrack, no i fakt że nie ma tu dosłownie niczego, czego przeciętny widz nie widziałby dziesiątki razy gdzieś indziej (ale to tylko mały minusik).
