This has a few references to the original in some of the dances and poses the characters do, even if it’s in another animation style. I wish it didn’t focus so much on the Camp Koral stuff, because that’s just a trailer inside a movie. Some very funny jokes, many jokes that are just whatever. I like the lesson that breaking some laws can be good sometimes. Also, Snoop Dog.

The first hour functions as a passable special episode of the show (which they have done before) and then it becomes a stupid back door pilot and SpongeBob glazing competition.  Why does SpongeBob have a deeper voice as a kid than as an adult?
