Se aproxima do palco da forma que só o cinema consegue. A cena da dança, com os close ups, com os efeitos visuais, é uma das cenas mais incríveis que eu já vi. E os personagens parecem tão bem estabelecidos no meio do filme que você sente como se já tivesse assistido uma série com eles. Especialmente a Victoria Page.

every tiny detail in this movie is pure craftsmanship. the film is breathtaking from start to finish, and that ballet sequence is ABSOLUTELY mesmerizing. the cinematography left me speechless.....it’s so rich, expressive, and just visually intoxicating. still, something about it didn’t fully move me emotionally. maybe it’s that odd mix of resonance and distance, like i admired it more than i felt it. i kept wishing victoria’s character was explored a little deeper as there’s so much potential there that feels just out of reach. but honestly, it’s still an incredible film. the technicolor gives it this dreamy, otherworldly quality which is quaint, magical, and utterly timeless!!
