Imagine watching a dude for like 10 minutes straight just chug 8 gallons of milk. Also how the fuck is Anya Taylor-Joy still voicing Princess Peach?
I will avenge you father,i will save you mother,i will kill you fjölnir.
I would have disliked this movie if not for Robert Eggers’s choice of artistic language that thrives throughout the movie from beginning to end. Without his brilliance on screen, this would have been a super simple revenge story that has all the usual rage. But Robert’s The Northman added some fantastical elements to it with visuals that I can never forget. Climax sequence was literally 🤯. Plus the dialogues and just the psych of a lead character is stunning, the way it starts and the way it develops towards the end. For Indian audience, This is HAIDER (Hamlet) with 10X adrenaline rush and it’s an absolutely visual adrenaline experience. Robert Eggers 3rd Masterpiece in a row.
Valholl Awaits…
Nadal trudno mi w jakiś ciekawy i sensowny sposób zinterpretować to, co się tutaj dzieje pod tą najbardziej wierzchnią warstwą. Ale jako zwykły mix The History of the Danes i Hamleta wciąż daje radę.
