what a trip that was. i cant believe that this is my first time watching this film. what a concept to have been developed at such a crazy time of humanity! literally the year 1999 was a perfect time to have released this since the unpredictability and uncertainty of the future was pretty much the whole thing back them (i would imagine cuz i wasnt born then) anywho, i really enjoyed this. the action was pretty top notch. neo and trinity saving morpheus while on a fucking chopper? AMAZING. even the fight sequences were pretty great. having asian influences with the fight choreography was pretty cool and i think worked with the whole thing! the cinematography and overall design of the film was a treat for me. the visuals were really truly very very nice for its time! now i finally get all the green tint color memes around the internet.Β
