Sometimes when the camera moves it looks like paper Mario. That is my only gripe about any aspect of this movie. Really wish I could have seen this in theatres. The story is interesting and well told. This feels like classic anime in all the best ways but doesn’t suffer from the pacing problems those films usually have. It’s a great piece to accompany the Peter Jackson trilogy and I’m very happy to add a new film to my LOTR rewatches.
