Wes Anderson at his most Wes Anderson in my opinion. A film about painting, death, small bouts of violence, and perfectionism in everything. Most importantly about everything in writing. Different aspect ratios, different colors, different styles, all comimg together to create one of the most visually appealing movies I have ever seen, and certainly the most interesting use of Christoph Waltz, Willem Dafoe, and Edward Norton. All used sparingly for whatever reason. Watch at a local Cinema on the smallest screening room they have, if possible, and enjoy with Trader Joes' Chocolate Covered Mints & Sparkling Honeycrisp Apple Juice for the most authentic experience one can get.
