Three American brothers who have not spoken to each other in a year set off on a train voyage across India with a plan to find themselves and bond with each other -- to become brothers again like they used to be. Their "spiritual quest", however, veers rapidly off-course (due to events involving over-the-counter pain killers, Indian cough syrup, and pepper spray).

The movie makes you feel through the grief of the world around the characters
That last scene. I SOBBED...
The main three portray brothers in a very believable way, which makes the conflicts very realistic. The scene with the water is what gives the whole thing a lot of depth.

Pas très passionnant. Pour ainsi dire, il s'agit principalement d'un film tiède et surcoté, en dépit de ses qualités visuelles. Le vide scénaristique de cette œuvre est aberrant. Oui, c'est joli, certes, mais si j'avais voulu voir des belles images sans histoire derrière, je serais allée au musée. Le scénario ne mène nulle-part, il n'y a pas de développement particulier, pas de déclencheurs, pas de "point pivot", rien. Pour l'intérêt, on repassera. J'admets avoir été surtout déçue. Not very thrilling. Essentially, although visually pleasing, this film is mostly lukewarm and overly hyped. The lack of a plot in this film is staggering. Sure, it’s aesthetically pretty, but had I wanted to look at beautiful pictures devoid of any storyline, I would have simply gone to a museum. The script leads nowhere; there’s no discernible development, no triggers, no twists, nothing. In terms of substance, it’s a total letdown. I admit I was largely disappointed.
