應該是第一次在IMAX看恐怖片 聲光效果體驗上有加成 這集加入了親情元素 但嚇人點了無新意，還是有點可惜 有一些厲陰宅宇宙的彩蛋（例如前面集數出現的角色） 最後也為這個系列做了一個簡單收尾

Unfortunately this remains a mediocre horror franchise. So poorly written and executed. No frame/scene of the film has got any vision or ambition. Just too basic below average filmmaking at best. I will directly say that Michael Chaves ruined the franchise. This man has given less than 2.5 stars films back to back in the same universe. With the same script, any other great director would have given us many memorable films. James Wan should have directed it all to save this popular franchise. Just earning money is not enough. Spectacularly ruined it for horror fans.

I’m shocked how much I liked this. I would’ve given it a 4 1/2, but the “don’t shut it out” narrative was too corny. But all the other drama really worked for me. I love Vera and Patrick, and they make this movie and this franchise. I honestly don’t know where I would rank this in the franchise because I think there are things it does even better than any of the other films. This is a worthy addition to the canon and an incredible finale for the Conjuring universe.

Jak na zamknięcie serii (mhm, jasne) słabawo udaje jakąkolwiek stawkę, bo może przez sekundę uwierzyłem iż Ed nie dotrwa do końca filmu. No ale przecież wtedy nie byłoby dopisku "based on true events" i laurki dla prawdziwych Warrenów na koniec. Jednak nie mogę się jakoś mocniej gniewać na Last Rites, bo w cholerę tu tego co w tej serii najlepsze, czyli rodzinnego ciepła, a dodatkowo kilka jumpscare'ów naprawdę spoko.
