Julia Garner’s performance literally made me feel how she felt in this subtle yet spectacularly impactful and important film about workplace abuse. It felt like I lived a day of her life and it was horrifying to say the least. Very performance oriented film and her silence and her dilemma between reporting a sexual harassment and keeping the job, I could feel it. All the shitty people (or men who had an idea what was going on) around her treating this very casually made me angry. Sometimes people say “Why she didn’t report it that time and why now she’s doing after all these years?” Once you get into Julia’s character shoes, you will get the answers. It’s very easy to say but it’s not easy to open up and take a stand.  This is a film people like Harvey Weinstein will hate and this is exactly the reason why this film should be watched by all so that predators like him in the world should not repeat the same thing. Let such predators hate this film more and more and realise what an epic shit they are.
