Spike Lee helped with the production of this film

It's very Average. Cool action scenes, and Peter and Gwen together are way more enjoyable than Stupid MJ and peter, and in general Gwen is better than MJ, but overall it just feels bland and overdramatic. The villain stinks in my opinion, Andrew Garfield did a good performance as Spider-Man, but the character just feels kind of unlikable. And this whole movie just feels unlikable in comparison to the Rami movies. I am not the biggest fan of them, but they were charming and had personality. This just feels like an average Blockbuste

This spider man trilogy is the closest we will get to having a Christopher Nolan Spider-Man Trilogy. Unless Nolan decides to do one. This is a pretty hot take but, I think this is the best live action opening film for a spider man trilogy. Homecoming was pure dogshit, spiderman was good but I didn’t resonate much with it, and this film, is just amazing. Great acting good lighting amazing swinging scenes, the best we’ve ever gotten, and the best suit. I can’t wait for the rumored 3rd one. They should hire me as the director. I would combine the best of each trilogy into one.
