“What if someone made a movie with three guys playing the Ryan Reynolds type, copied some jokes from Deadpool/ Free Guy and filmed all the action in front of green screens? Wouldn’t that be funny?” No. It wouldn’t.

I give this one big heart rather than rating it because a sci fi popcorn entertainment rarely gets it right when it comes to an emotional reach with me but this seriously exceeds all expectations when it comes to that. Family drama is beautiful here more than anything else. Then when Ryan is there, humour has to land and it surely did. I always feel like he improvises those kinda one liner dialogues in such movies. The only thing that it doesn’t do well is the action sequence in the end and also how it turns out in there. Seemed rushed and couldn’t match the first brilliant action sequence that takes place in front of his house. In the end this is an enjoyable popcorn entertainment at home. Likeable stuff.

Just another generic, tolerable Netflix movie. With many logical holes.
