Before Michael Gardner's death in Nepal in 2024, he and his climbing partner Sam Hennessey had started a film project about their friendship. Remarkable alpinists, but reluctant filmmakers, Teeth to the Wind realizes Gardner and Hennessey's original vision: a joyful and unassuming glimpse at what they referred to as “the spirit.”
