Seven Up!
A group of British children aged 7 from widely ranging backgrounds are interviewed about a range of subjects. The filmmakers plan to re-interview them at 7 year intervals to track how their lives and attitudes change as they age.

Psychology never fails to amuse me. The start of the series already indeed will give you a glimpse of how these children will turn out to be in the future. The English class system and the difference between their environment are very evident. I was also brought here by Chris Brennan of the Astrology podcast. :)
