Pretty disappointed on this rewatch which is kinda crazy cause this one was my second favorite in the series.  The scene where Sidney tries to get out of the cop car and doesn’t grab the gun, doesnt kill ghostface or take off his mask is so stupid and it’s exactly the kind of thing the original movie, and this movie, would make fun of. And the reveal of the killer is so dumb. Obviously it’s the random woman who is in literally every scene. And obviously it’s Billy’s mom. But her reasoning is so shallow and poorly written. Seeing that the movie only came out a year after the original makes so much sense and I could really feel it on this watch.  Also I will never forgive them for killing Randy.
