Two mentally vulnerable individuals involving in a mindfuck psychological dance off from the beginning to the end. Exploration of dominance, desire and ultimately it’s about re-discovering yourself in the most toxic or mutually accepted toxic way possible. Really don’t know how to describe this movie. It’s highly original. In some way or the other it was relatable mentally if not physically. Margaret Qualley and Christopher Abbott performances are equally sophisticated complimenting twisty soundtrack and unpredictable actions that follows up throughout. Twisted stuff and I was enjoying every bit of this single location drama even when it becomes tad silly. #MyShit certified
Two fucking annoying characters being annoying …. Not a fan of the camerawork’s execution either. Enough with the tilts! This movie tried hard to be intellectual but it should’ve been camp. Also, no nudity!?! See Cruel Intentions instead.
