This movie is one of the few movies that I feel does a good environmental message, because in my opinion it portrays humans in the same way as the Forrest and is able to bring a nuanced look into the conflict. Ashitaka is a wonderful character and watching the movie in theaters is a beautiful experience. The animation, music and sound bring some of the best atmosphere in any movie I’ve seen. If you haven’t seen it this is a must watch animated film.
