Well, this film prolly had more positives than I imagined after first watch. First of all, it is so fucking simple and relatable. The tension, jealousy, friendship, bonding, ego, awkwardness, middle class issues making inferior complex ,everything... is so simple and relatable. Didn't expect at all from an indie film. Tho the music felt experimental(might be coz I'm not familiar with Malayalam music), it was excellent. Compared to other language films(excluding Tamil and hindi), from which I had felt a lil bit off whenever a song comes, this was good. The music suited the scenes way well than what one cld imagine after hearing the album. And background score was definitely an unique one that made this experience even better. And then, the comedy. I found it way too basic. It just couldn’t go beyond the usual genre traits and stayed at one note till the end. It was never boring yet nothing memorable or extraordinary.
