Parasite • (2019) Rewatching it felt even better—more entertaining, more gripping. It helped me understand the movie even more, especially the ending. The first time I watched it, I was actually confused about the ending, but this time, I fully grasped its meaning. It's a perfect modern cult masterpiece.

Please God do not let there be a shitty American remake, on everything that cannot happen 🙏

Obviously, a fantastic masterpiece that would probably become a new classic that is both loved by casual audiences and film critics alike. Perfectly paced, Beautifully and dynamically shot, The score was really memorable, but mainly the plot is so clever, meaningful, and engaging. The twists and turns make the movie incredibly exhilarating throughout, The attention to detail is really admirable, and The dialogue is incredibly intelligent, but it's really thinking about the film afterward that really solidified it as a masterpiece. The themes can be analyzed and explained in so many different ways. The movie is very ambiguous and the message is very complex. There are plenty of amazing reviews on this site that do a better job providing an idea about the message than I ever could, and I really need to think about a little more. So yeah if you somehow haven't already I would highly recommend giving this banger a watch.

Parasite is really, really funny, entertaining and interesting. It really keeps you on your feet for most of the movie and I rarely if ever lost interest. Love how it criticizes the higher classes (eat the rich!) and how it delivers on its themes!
