Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

I will start with the negative and it’s big for me. They compromised on so many special and X factor elements of “The best bond film” to give a proper send off to Daniel Craig in the climax. No creativity in action set pieces, humor not landing properly and also not suiting James Bond at times. Literally I couldn’t get even one memorable action set pieces in this film which breaks my heart. It was actually very basic action film that is so unlike the other greats - sky fall and Casino royale. There was finesse in everything, there was a writing that took its own time in building things up. There was a style that was fresh. It never succumbed to the generic elements of commercial action film that we get all the time. Sadly No time to die just doesn’t do any of these that well. ORBIS NON SUFFICIT I think this weighs so heavily, not just as the end of a two-week-long journey of James Bond films but as a mark on the near thirty-year journey of my life. Today I am 29. And I have the life that Bond dreamed of. And I don’t appreciate it as much as I should. I feel so selfish. Even writing this is undoubtedly a waste of my time. But here we go anyway.
This movie was the perfect way for Daniel Craig to say goodbye to James bond. For the first time I cried at a James bond movie. This was definitely Craig's best bond movie till date.
