Mykola Ovodov

The film is dedicated to a public figure, doctor, reformer, and mayor of Vinnytsia in 1899-1917. Under Mykola Ovodov's leadership, Vinnytsia experienced an "economic miracle": the annual budget increased 11.2 times, and the city's economy and social and cultural spheres improved significantly (telephony, electrification, the emergence of a water supply system, and public transport network).
