Idk how you follow up the fun, insane, and creative premise of Dead Reckoning with something that takes itself so seriously, is over the top dramatic, and simply not fun, but they did it. Not a bad film by any means, there's so much awesome stuff going on here, but a Mission Impossible film that calls itself the "*final *reckoning?" C'mon guys, this shit just ain't it

Second watch and it slaps even more!!!!!! How can anybody say anything against this. Tom and team deserves all my money for what they put on IMAX screen. 2 best action set pieces ever in the franchise for me and all the information in the first half was perfect for the larger threat that is shown in the second half. Great callbacks, brilliantly detailed mission information/execution and great payoff for every character including our beloved Ethan Hunt. Everything was worth it yet again.

An absolutely incredible piece of filmmaking. Completely stunning in every aspect. There is a lot of small details I noticed in this watch and I feel I will get more out of every consecutive viewing. Please watch this movie. You will not regret it.
