i did have to watch a full breakdown on this film cuz i was confused as fuck. and i did get it to an extent, but im okay with not fully getting the narrative tbh. but thats good actually, i cared enough to actually want to know. what i did get was the experience, of leonards condition. his memories and his struggle to be okay with not having a sort of purpose. and that was really immersive i suppose. the non-chronological order thing really doesn't help whatsoever. it is brilliant, yes. but really mind boggling. for me this was just an experience of the perception outside of the "normal" reality most people undergo. and that was cool as fuck in its own self. i dont really know what to make of this movie but i guess thats fine. nolans films always be doing too much. u seriously need to dissect the fuck out of them. but somehow there'll be too much info and so much will conflict with each other and so much wont and then you cant come to one conclusion or properly deduce one thing and then u go insane, end of story.
