The wooden leg joke was pretty good. Movies watched during summer: #2

There he is in that cold, heartless bank day after day, hemmed in by mounds of money.” This is literally a five star film. Is it perfect, no. But its vivality and energy is unmatched. Perhaps the only perceivable flaw is the casting of dick can dyke but what he lacks in good accent work he makes up for in pure get-up-and-go. It would not be as good without him. He is perhaps the most heartwarming comedian of all time.  “They makes cages in all sizes and shapes, you know. Bank-shaped some of 'em, carpets and all. There’s plenty of people to take care of you, but who looks after your father? When something terrible happens, what does he do? Fends for himself, he does. He just pushes on at his job, uncomplaining and alone and silent. I say, a father can always do with a bit of help.”
