It’s a mess. By putting so many unnecessary comedic elements, they really weren’t true to the original source. Original was cut-to-chase stuff that was a true synonym of a pacy thriller. The problem with loop lapeta is it just doesn’t go beyond “Great visuals”. There’s nothing good about the new additions to the original story. There are multiple unnecessary plot lines which makes this a messy watch even if time loop concept is fun enough. Should have focused more on making it serious with better writing. Even comedically they could have been smart but spoofy elements and characters totally ruined it for me. But I will say this, Aakash Bhatia seems to have immense potential. Visually he got everything right. Next time in the writing space too hopefully he gets it right.
