In the months past when my dad first heard about this film, I had tried to keep its reality a secret. Just subtle nobs towards the fact that it is a real documentary. So when we get to the end of the film and it's all quiet, and he 100% believes that this is a real thing that happened, he just goes, "Wow. That was pretty well-made." Not even the slightest bit of anything even resembling fear in his voice. So then I tell him and we get to talking about this. And about after 30 minutes of discussion we realized that this film is terrifying to those who are terrified of death. At the end of the film, there's an in memoriam to someone from the date 1939-2006. Their last name was Anderson. Like the director, Joel Anderson. Felt more like an experimental film and once you figure out the way the filmmaker is creating the dread, it starts to feel tedious and flat
