Simply a masterpiece.

@Dihan was right,Guy Pearce in this is really the best a man has ever looked on screen.

I really love Exley and White as characters and their nature as polar opposites, with White being morally flexible but good at his core and Exley with his straight and clean-cut exterior but more selfish motives. And Vincennes somewhere in the middle, but they all grow and change throughout the course of the film.  Overall, it’s really good, but I wish there was a little more. Maybe it had a little more to say. But maybe that’s the point. None of the main characters are strictly “good,” but in the end, they believe they are fighting for justice. Whatever that means.  Also, it’s a really good-looking movie at points. Some really gorgeous shots.
