Kaanekkaane

This is a film where performances >>>> the overall film.  Feel-good kinda film in the end even if some stuffs I felt was melodramatic. Solid exploration of guilt and trying to move on with the life. The way characters are introduced in the first few minutes I really liked because they never say anything but gradually we will get to know what’s happening, relationship between them and their secrets.  Strangely negative of the film is it’s too easily likeable. I don’t know exactly how to explain it but director just focused on making it a borderline likeable movie in the end and it didn’t go beyond making it a good message film. This can either be positive and negative to some. For me it was like mixed. Because at times drama felt like it’s going somewhere else like dark place, even the characters’ attitude suddenly changes but in the next scene all of it are gone and becomes very light…
