So many things are same as Atlee’s Mersal and Theri (Which I didn’t like) but what sets Jawan apart is in the execution of those perfect Mass moments that are very frequently added till the end. It’s made for community viewing, meaning for theatre experience. Otherwise those moments won’t mean much at home. That’s exactly what a Masala film should do. Whistle generator, for most part cool action set pieces/VFX and of course THE MAN SRK 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 This gets most of the things right that Masala film needed. More than enough ingredients to make it all worth it. Yes it’s generic, yes it’s same old Atlee, yes it has masala oriented social message but in the end these enough ingredients works very well because of good Masala execution for a theatre viewing that turned into a shouting ground in the theatre I watched.
