A woman’s lover and her ex-boyfriend take justice into their own hands after she becomes the victim of a rapist. Because some acts can’t be undone. Because man is an animal. Because the desire for vengeance is a natural impulse. Because most crimes remain unpunished.

You know what i like about this film? NOTHING
Homophobic and Transphobic Constantly spinning cameras around doesn't make a film good or unique Whole film is just pointless.
This sickening and falsely subversive film offers a succession of pseudo-artistic gimmicks. “Irréversible” serves no other purpose than to satisfy the perverse gaze of a morbidly curious audience, and the shallow, lackluster, and utterly predictable plot drives the final nail into the coffin.
"𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙮𝙨 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜." This was my memorable introduction to the horrors of disturbing films; with the rewatch, it felt more clear and I understood more of the film narrative, so it was a good revisit. Soon in the future I'll watch its straight-cut film version - Inversion Integrale.
