While staying at an isolated island resort, James and Em are enjoying a perfect vacation of pristine beaches, exceptional staff, and soaking up the sun. But guided by the seductive and mysterious Gabi, they venture outside the resort grounds and find themselves in a culture filled with violence, hedonism, and untold horror. A tragic accident leaves them facing a zero tolerance policy for crime: either you'll be executed, or, if you’re rich enough to afford it, you can watch yourself die instead.

Mia Goth is seriously now created her own niche in twisted horror genre that are vastly original. Yes twisted because she has never been in something that is called “Traditional horror”. She’s absolutely epic in these films always - From Suspiria, X, Pearl and now this. Brandon Cronenberg yet again makes something excruciatingly original that I had seriously not seen before. It’s exactly like his previous Sci-fi “Possessor” which had a mind-bending concept though his writing has much more depth in Infinity Pool and takes a horrific turns and it doesn’t stop until the end. Addition of sci-fi twist is what made this so original. Started off like an usual slasher thriller but changes the course almost instantly. Visuals may not be for everybody, it’s highly disturbing but nonetheless it’s absolutely up my alley and #MyShit CERTFIED.
