Ice Age: The Meltdown2006

Ice Age in a post-Madagascar world is so sad to see. Everything that made the first film funny, impactful, and, well, good is just gone. Written by people who completely misunderstood the heart and humor of the original. There was a charm to some of the jank of Ice Age, and the polish of this one makes it just feel soulless in turn.  It’s not unwatchable, just unnecessary.  Though I did like the part where Scrat goes to heaven.
