Wild how so many like minded people found each other before the internet. It really makes you believe in the concept of soul mates. Anyway great casting on the LSD fueled Satan worshipping hippies. Bhasker Roy Chowdhury in particular wowed me. His crazy Mason-like grin was spooky. I wondered why I’d never seen him before, so I looked him up. He had a really successful career starting a dance company in India. Then he got into acting. In addition to I Drink Your Blood, he was big into theater but unfortunately fell during a rehearsal and became wheelchair bound just 7 years after I Drink Your Blood’s release. Presumably that’s why I hadn’t seen him before. Very sad. He certainly has a presence. Anyway, after the accident, he became a successful painter like his father. It sounds like he had a really fascinating life. And the year before he died, he did an audio commentary for I Drink Your Blood. I gotta find that
