John Saxon plays a cult leader who visits people by way of hallucinations portrayed on film as dreams or alternative dimensions. I'm not really sure which - tbph, there is no coherent plot. Anyway, Saxon is the least weird part of this movie. Saxon's cult members all look like zombies with upside down crucifixes carved into their heads. That's not the weirdest part of the movie. One of the cult members has an infant's head (but like a demonic infant) with an adult man's body in a suit and tie It also speaks fluent English in a cartoonish voice. That is arguably the weirdest part of the movie. One star but I liked it.
