Honorio never knew peace. Pursued by conflicts that shaped his existence in the backlands, he finds a saving irony in his band of bandits: the discipline of war as a remedy for the chaos of the soul. The film follows his transition from a cornered countryman to a man who, finally, finds his place in the world — even if that place is under the stigma of a life with guns.
