An unremarkable yet endearing experimental horror that works for the most part but ends up being a passable experiment only because of the gorgeous dog acting I have ever seen in a film. Almost doubted that AI might have enhanced the reaction of dog. The director brought out a great performance from the dog.  Another thing I like about the film is the way a dog’s loyalty is shown towards its owner and how it’s repeating in the family. Just that supernatural elements didn’t work for me.

Kolejny nieudany horrorowy eksperyment z POV, których powoli mam dość. Tylko że ten jest kurwa najgorszy. Tak jak Presence oferuje być może nie najlepiej napisane, ale przynajmniej jakieś postacie, tak Good Boy nie oferuje nic. Tak jak Skinamarink potrafi przyprawić momentami o gęsią skórkę, tak Good Boy jest nudne i brakuje mu choćby ułamka niepokojącej sceny. Gówno straszne, baitujące na psa.
