Jack, a quadriplegic, and Lina, his day nurse, spy on neighbors with a drone and stumble upon a serial killer. When Lina finds a mysterious relic inside the killer's house, it transports her and Jack to an underworld where they switch bodies and are forced to kill for a creature.
