This is a film where Sid’s usual cool stylised yet desi ingredients graduated with flying colours making it his best film so far for me. Yes, I know even after saying this I couldn’t give it 4/5 mainly because that IOP scene where he punches villain while delivering dialogue was so unsuitable for a film that maintained consistent vibe up until then and that sequence ruined my overall rating big time. Suddenly it went into classic 80s action mode where it’s mandatory to say something after every punch to a villain. Was too unnecessary. Nonetheless the car sequence later was fun. The best part is aerial action sequences. OMG. I am sure they would not have even spent 30% of Top Gun Maverick yet it looked stunning.
