Verdict: 🥉 COULD SEE —unless you’re a Lin-Manuel Miranda fan, in which case it’s a— Verdict: 🥈 SHOULD SEE Even then I can’t rate it a MUST SEE. Disney still doesn’t have either the courage or the brains to ask itself “why?” during writing and pre-production. So many talented artists worked on this. The animators, texturizers, and lighting crews were the MVPs, but the writers, directors, and producers all let them down by making a movie that can’t justify its own existence other than to be a showcase for Miranda.
