i first saw down with love when i was in 4th grade and i couldn’t even finish it and honestly, i’m glad i didn’t. back then i would’ve been way too distracted by how gorgeous everything looked to actually get what was happening. rewatching it now? i’m obsessed. the storyline, the style, the energy, everything just clicks. and omg that telescope scene?? i want my future lover to be exactly like that. peter mcmannus, you are literally the man of my dreams. the whole movie was just pure eye-candy and i loved every second of it.
