Don’t listen to the haters. This movie cooks. It’s definitely far from perfect but if you are interested in seeing cowboys and aliens you will definitely be satisfied. I hadn’t seen this movie in many years but i think about it all the time so I was worried that it wouldn’t live up to the hype in my head. I’m happy to inform that it does live up to it but just barely. I do think the movie could and should be better giving how strong the cast is. The movie is pretty dry too. Not really a lot of humor which is unfortunate with actors like Sam Rockwell in the picture. Walton Goggins is the only character who’s somewhat silly but he only has like 4 lines total. The point of the movie really seems to be how cool Daniel Craig is a sci-fi cowboy. And he is. But I think the movie could do a little more.
